At Get In the Car, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
